Get Convertli up and running on your Shopify store in under 5 minutes. Follow these steps to start converting more visitors into customers.
Five steps to go from install to live widgets on your store.
Visit the Shopify App Store and install Convertli. The app is free to get started — no credit card required.
Tip: The installation takes less than 30 seconds and requires no code changes to your theme.
Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize. In the theme editor, open the "App embeds" section in the left sidebar and toggle on Convertli.
Tip: This is a one-time step. Once enabled, all widgets will load automatically on your store.
Open the Convertli app from your Shopify admin. Choose which widgets to activate, select a design for each, and configure the content and behavior.
Tip: Start with one widget, see the results, then add more. The Sticky Add-to-Cart is a great first choice.
Back in the theme editor, click on any Convertli widget block to customize colors, fonts, and positioning. Changes preview in real-time.
Tip: Match your brand colors for a seamless, professional look. All color fields support hex codes.
Once you're happy with the preview, click "Save" in the theme editor. Your widgets are now live and converting visitors into customers.
Tip: Test on both desktop and mobile before publishing. All widgets are fully responsive out of the box.
Where each widget appears and when to use it.
Appears as a fixed bar at the bottom of the screen when the customer scrolls past the main Add to Cart button. Includes product image, title, price, variant selector, and an Add to Cart button.
Best for: Product pages with long descriptions or many reviews
Displays trust and security icons directly below the Add to Cart button on product pages. Choose from 20+ built-in icons including payment logos, security badges, and guarantee seals.
Best for: Stores selling higher-priced items where trust is key
Shows a countdown timer on product pages to create urgency. Supports evergreen (resets per visitor), fixed deadline, and recurring schedules. Includes flip-clock animations.
Best for: Flash sales, limited-time offers, and seasonal promotions
Displays estimated delivery dates based on business day calculations, cut-off times, and processing days. Includes an "Order within X hours" countdown to encourage faster decisions.
Best for: Stores where shipping speed is a purchase factor
What you need for Convertli to work on your store.
Requires a Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme. This includes Dawn, Sense, Crave, and all modern third-party themes.
Convertli uses Shopify's native app embed system. No manual code edits or Liquid file changes are needed.
Our entire script is smaller than a single product image. Zero impact on your page speed or Core Web Vitals.
If your theme supports app embeds in the theme editor, it's compatible with Convertli. You can check by going to Online Store → Themes → Customize and looking for the “App embeds” tab in the left sidebar. If you don't see it, your theme may be a legacy (1.0) theme and may need an upgrade.

Running into an issue? Check these common solutions first.
Make sure you've enabled the Convertli app embed in your theme editor (Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds). Also verify that at least one widget is activated in the Convertli app settings.
The Sticky Add-to-Cart is designed to show only on product pages. If it's appearing elsewhere, check your theme editor settings — ensure the widget block is placed within the product template, not a global section.
All widget colors are customizable. Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize, click on the Convertli widget block, and use the color pickers to match your brand. You can enter exact hex codes for precise matching.
Try adjusting the z-index or positioning settings in the widget configuration. If the issue persists, check if another app is also using a sticky bar or fixed-position element. Contact support and we'll help resolve any conflicts.
Clear your browser cache and try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). If using Shopify's preview, make sure you clicked "Save" in the theme editor. Changes may take up to 60 seconds to propagate.
